What is WorkAbility ?

The goal of WorkAbility is to provide an employment preparation program which enables secondary special education students to secure and maintain competitive and/or supported employment in the public and private sectors.  The program provides students with pre-employment skills, high school work experience, and career – oriented education & counseling.

What is Transition?

Transition is a bridge between the structure of the school environment and the opportunities of adult life.  The transition from school to work and adult life requires thorough preparation, ongoing communication and collaborative planning.
